Responsibilities

  •       Address internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests professionally and promptly, offering necessary assistance.
  •       Thoroughly examine resumes and meticulously screen every incoming job application.
  •       Organize and conduct initial and follow-up interviews, ensuring a structured and comprehensive assessment of candidates.
  •       Monitor the progression of all candidates through the hiring pipeline, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  •       Manage the dissemination of job openings, ensuring they are effectively communicated to prospective candidates through various channels.
  •       Facilitate the distribution of employment agreements to selected candidates, ensuring all pertinent documentation is accurately managed.

QQualifications

  •       A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  •       A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws, including employment regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  •       Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external contacts.
  •       Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
  •       The ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people, including employees, job applicants, and external vendors.
  •       Familiarity with HR software and systems used for recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
